The base wine is made from specially hand-picked Chardonnay grapes. The naturally bound bubbles give the sparkling wine an exceptional shine and a long-lasting soft foam. The aroma shows fruity flavours, the scent of meadow flowers and finally a light smell of bread crust. The taste is full, rich freshness, nicely saturated with aromas.
We recommend it alone as a sparkling wine to accompany seafood dishes, lighter cold starters, pasta and risottos with lighter sauces or in company with soft cheeses.
